OneLine Health set out to reimagine outpatient documentation, solving for one of the most frustrating issues in modern healthcare: EMR-driven physician burnout. The product uses AI to pre-generate clinical notes, saving providers hours and improving outcomes. Built by a team of physicians and engineers, it’s a bold technical achievement, and it needed a digital experience to match.
We designed and developed an ecosystem that makes OneLine’s innovation feel intuitive, human, and valuable. From the landing page to the last dashboard interaction, the experience was built to engage, educate, and convert, without overwhelming users.
The website and portals were shaped with clarity, value, and trust at their core. Each piece of the platform, from demo triggers to clinical tools, reinforces OneLine’s vision of smarter care.

The redesigned patient portal centers around a smart, conversational intake experience. At its core is an AI-powered assistant that guides patients through personalized questions, dynamically adapting based on symptoms, demographics, and prior records. The goal is to collect comprehensive, clinically-relevant data, without making the experience feel clinical.

Our job was to design and develop a unified digital experience across all touchpoints: the marketing site, patient intake flow, and physician-facing dashboard. Together, these components form a complete ecosystem that makes OneLine’s value crystal clear, from first click to final chart.
We redesigned the patient journey to feel more like a conversation than a form. Drawing inspiration from AI assistants, the experience guides patients through a dynamic intake—adapting questions based on their symptoms, age, gender, and prior data.
