Results
The final experience established a scalable foundation for how Salesforce communicates its platform. Built on a modular structure, it can expand with new features and releases while maintaining consistent motion and UX/UI principles. It enhanced user understanding and remained lightweight and performant within Salesforce’s infrastructure — a visually rich experience that merged clarity, interactivity, and storytelling, ready to evolve with Salesforce’s growing ecosystem.

Salesforce wanted to reshape how its technical audience — CIOs, developers, and architects —perceived the Salesforce Platform. While Salesforce leads in AI innovation and digital labor, many in the technical community were unaware of the recent platform advancements. The goal was to shift perception, build credibility, and position Salesforce as the most trusted and innovative AI company in the world. The task: design an interactive digital hub that educates, inspires, and proves the power of the unified Salesforce Platform.
We approached the project as an interactive storytelling experience centered on a 3D navigation system built around layered capabilities — each representing a part of the Salesforce ecosystem. The navigation acted as a functional tool and a visual metaphor for the unified platform, turning complex systems into an explorable landscape.
We worked closely with Salesforce’s design, product marketing, and engineering teams to align interaction and motion design with platform guidelines and technical constraints, ensuring an immersive, and seamlessly integrated experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
At the heart of the experience lies a 3D navigation system that visualizes Salesforce’s unified ecosystem.
It allows users to intuitively explore how solutions connect, complement, and strengthen one another — illustrating the power of an integrated platform.
This approach turns architectural complexity into strategic clarity, enabling users to grasp the bigger picture: Salesforce is not a collection of products — it’s one intelligent system built to move businesses forward.

We helped Salesforce turn a complex platform story into an interactive digital hub that feels clear, visual, and easy to explore. Instead of reading long pages, CIOs, developers, and architects can now see how the Salesforce Platform works as one intelligent, AI-powered system.
At the center of the experience is a 3D navigation system built from ten glass tiles, each representing a key Salesforce Platform capability. Real-time 3D, smooth physics-based motion, and magnet-like interactions make the tiles feel alive, so users can literally see how different solutions connect, support each other, and form a unified ecosystem.
