Dandy, known as the first full-service digital dental lab, was preparing to launch Dandy Vision — its first-ever intraoral scanner. This was more than a product drop: it was a statement of intent. Engineered by the same team behind 11.5M+ restorations, the scanner combines high-speed, ultra-precise scanning with real-time AI feedback and live technician support. Unlike competitors who position scanners as stand-alone tools, Dandy Vision was designed as the centerpiece of a fully integrated digital workflow. The goal: make the landing page feel like a category-defining debut, not just another piece of dental tech.
From the start of our design workshop with Dandy’s team, we aligned on three imperatives:
1. Launch with impact — the scanner had to feel premium and aspirational, delivering immediate excitement and credibility within seconds.
2. Drive conversions — clear, prominent CTAs for scheduling a demo were integrated seamlessly, never intrusive but always visible.
3. Anchor the campaign — the page became the central hub for traffic from email, social, paid media, and PR, ensuring a consistent narrative across every touchpoint.
To achieve this, we explored emotional triggers as much as technical specs. The hero moment needed to spark feelings of intrigue, confidence, and “this is different from every scanner brand I’ve seen.” As visitors scrolled, the narrative reinforced trust, innovation, and Dandy’s role as a strong long-term partner.
The design direction took cues from Apple and Sonos: sleek, confident, and human. Hardware renders were presented with elegance. They included minimalist backdrops, neutrals with subtle accent color, animations that highlighted performance without overwhelming. The scanner’s precision and speed were matched visually by smooth transitions and bold, digestible messaging. We avoided the pitfalls of competitors: sterile medical-device aesthetics, sci-fi futurism, or cluttered feature dumps. Instead, every scroll deepened the sense of premium quality and clinical credibility.
Together with Dandy’s marketing and growth teams, we structured the page around a clear narrative arc:
Hook — premium hardware visuals paired with performance claims: complete ultra-precise full-arch scans in under a minute.
Proof — substantiation through AI Scan Review, ergonomic design details, and social proof from dentists (“Feels like painting”). Stats, testimonials, and comparisons reinforced legitimacy.
Closer — the offer that converts: a premium scanner, free with lab partnership (minimums only), backed by no contracts, no fees, no cost remakes. This sequence balanced aspiration and practicality, ensuring visitors not only felt the innovation but also understood the value of joining Dandy’s ecosystem.
